How to Troubleshoot your Google Pixel Watch
If your Pixel Watch won't turn on or becomes unresponsive, you may need to restart or reset your watch.
Important: Google Pixel Watch does not have a physical reset button. Don't insert any items, such as paper clips, into the mic hole on the side of the Pixel Watch or the charging pins on the back of Pixel Watch 2 and 3, as this can cause damage.
Blank, frozen or unresponsive screen issues
A restart should resolve a frozen or blank watch face that won't turn on or an unresponsive touchscreen.
- On Google Pixel Watch, press and hold the crown for three seconds.
- Scroll down and tap Restart.
- If your watch screen is still unresponsive after a restart, perform a hard reset. Long press the crown and side button for about 35 seconds (may take longer) until the 'G' logo appears. The watch should restart and be usable again once the restart is complete.
