All users have their own spaces on the device for personal, custom Home screens, accounts, apps, settings, and more.

Guest

A guest profile is for someone using your device for a short time.

Like a user, the guest profile has its own space on the device, but it's easier to delete this space when a guest is done with the device.

Account

An account lets you use a service like Gmail with a single username and password. Learn how to add accounts to your user profile.

Child user

A child user lets you add a child account to the device. You can use an existing child account or create a new one. Parents can access parental controls and manage screen time, apps, and more with the Google Family Link app. Learn how to create a Google Account for your child.
