Hey everyone,

Thanks to all those who reported that they were experiencing audio cutouts every 1 minute 50 seconds of audio playback. The team has investigated the bug and identified a fix, which is now rolling out in firmware update v552.

For some reason when I go into the Firmware update, it says 550 is still the latest version...
Is the new update actually in?

The update may not hit everyone at once. Keep checking back and it should show up soon.

Are there some other fixes which went along with this update? Such as sharing detection causing buds to stop playing music

It works! So far on v552, mint buds, which had the 1:50 cutout precisely each time on the mark & every single d day no matter the settings turned on/off, the bug is finally squished!

THANK YOU Chelsea and whomever worked on this incredibly prevalent & devastating bug project. 👍🏻

Just to confirm, are those the cutouts which happen every 110 seconds or more sporadically?

I can confirm like many others that firmware v522 has fixed the 110 second cutout issues. Thank you for your  hard work despite the times we are in!
