Has anyone lost and received a replacement for a pixel bud? I have contacted support 4 times and keep getting promised a magic email with a link where I can purchase a replacement. The email never arrives and I can't believe how difficult they make this :/

Hi Julie,
 
I've seen several users here and on Reddit mention successfully purchasing a replacement Bud but I'm afraid I don't have any personal experience with that.
 
Have you checked in your spam folder just to make sure the email isn't getting filtered out? 
 
I will also escalate this to see if we can get someone at Google to check into it for you.

I did get the email you mentioned today (finally) and I also got a second email saying that my replacement earbud was delivered on 2/9/2020. None of this is easy nor does it make any sense. I never spent so much time trying to spend $70.

I have been having the same runaround for over 2 weeks. I agree the process is impossible. Everyone in support says they have escalated it to "order management" and I should receive a message from them within 48 hours, but it has been over 2 weeks and no email. I have followed up multiple times with support and they tell me the same thing. Another rep out me in touch with the Google store support team which insists that you cannot just order one earbud even though I provide them with a article from Google that states you can.

Any suggestions on which department I can demand to speak to? I would limo by with just one earbud, but without the right one, you cannot pair either.

Any help would be appreciated as my faith in Google customer service is being greatly challenged.

Wasnt as bad as I thought.  The order link came within 9 days of making the first inquiry.
