Manage your Pixel Buds and get the latest firmware on your computer through the Pixel Buds web companion app. You can also manage and adjust features such as:

Troubleshooting
The web companion app can only connect to one device at a time. To switch to another device:
- Click Remove
to unpair the current device from the web companion app.
- Make sure your new device is paired and connected to your computer.
- Choose the new Pixel Buds you want to connect.
On Windows, when the firmware update is stuck at 0% or 50%:
- Return to the homepage.
- Click Remove
to disconnect the buds from the web companion app.
- On the Windows taskbar, right-click on the Start menu.
- Click Settings
Bluetooth & devices
your Pixel Buds.
- Click Remove device
Yes to confirm.
- Pair your Pixel Buds with your computer again. Learn how to pair your Pixel Buds.
- Once they are paired and connected, go back to the web companion app.
- Choose your Buds and try the firmware update again.

- ChromeOS: Forget and re-pair your Pixel Buds in the system Bluetooth settings.
