If you accidentally lose or damage a part of your Pixel Buds bundle, you may be able to purchase a replacement right or left earbud, charging case, or ear tips.1

Important notes:

  • Replacement parts are currently unavailable in the US, India and Taiwan.
  • Applicable replacement parts are available for Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel Buds A-Series.
  • Case replacements are unavailable for Pixel Buds A-Series and Pixel Buds Pro.
  • Accidental damage (such as water or personal damage) are not covered under warranty. If your Pixel Buds are defective or continue to malfunction after you have attempted all troubleshooting steps, you may be able to file a warranty claim to get a replacement from Google. Please contact us for further support.
