Step 1: Check your Pixel Buds warranty status

- For India customers: If you discover non-working Pixel Buds within 14 days of purchase, you will be able to file a claim. Read our policy.
Step 2: Replace your Pixel Buds
Important: To obtain warranty service, you must follow Google's procedures. You must provide your name, contact information, and serial number(s). You may also be required to provide proof of purchase and answer our diagnostic questions about your issues with your Pixel Buds.

2. Pick your support option based on your device’s warranty status:
If your device is in-warranty and your claim is covered, you can get it replaced by contacting us. Your device will need to be sent to us for a checkup. If it's defective, we'll provide a replacement.
