Add and manage multiple users at the level of access you choose. These are the roles available:

Important: For merchants integrating with the Google Pay API for India, the Developer role is only available for Spot merchants, after an Admin user has added another user to the Console. For merchants integrating with the Google Pay API, the Developer role is available.
Invite a new user
To invite a new user:
- Sign in to the Console.
- Go to the “Users” tab.
- Add the user and enter their email address. If the user needs a Gmail-based account, send them these instructions.
- The user’s email needs to be a Gmail or Gmail-based account.
- Select a role for the user.
- Click Invite.
Accept an invitation
Cancel an invitation
To cancel an invitation:
- Sign in to the Console.
- Go to the “Users” tab.
- Find the invited user.
- Click Cancel Invite Continue.
After the invitation is cancelled or if the invitation has expired after 30 days, the invitation can be sent again to the same user.
Send an invitation again
To send an invitation:
- Sign in to the Console.
- Go to the “Users” tab.
- Find the invited user.
- Click Resend invite.
Remove a user
To remove a user:
- Sign in to the Console.
- Go to the “Users” tab.
- Find the user you need to remove.
- Click Edit user Remove user Continue.
The removed user will receive an email notification informing them that they've lost access to the specific business in Console.
Change a user’s role
To edit a user’s role:
- Sign in to the Console.
- Go to the “Users” tab.
- Find the user you need to edit.
- Click Edit user.
- Select a new role for the user.
- Click Save.
The edited user will receive an email notification informing them that their role has been updated for the specific business in Console.
