When you first make a purchase through Google, your payment information gets saved in a payments profile. The next time that you buy something through Google, you can reuse the info in the payments profile.
Any payments profile that you create is associated with your Google Account.
Your individual Google payments profile stores information like:
- The name, address and tax ID, when required legally, of who's responsible for the payments profile.
- Credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts and other payment methods that you've used to buy through Google in the past.
- Other addresses that you have added across Google services, like autofill on Chrome and Google Pay.
- Receipts and other information about past transactions.
- Subscriptions and recurring payments.

Manage your payments profile settings
- Payments profile ID: This is a unique number that Google uses to identify the organisation or individual to which this payments account is registered. You can't change this number.
- Country or region: You can't change this setting. If you move or travel to a different country, you need to make a new payments profile.
- Account type: This setting says if you're an individual or a business. This can't be changed.

Manage more than one payments profile
If you use your profile for personal payments, you can only create one individual profile for the country or region that you're in. That way, you can manage all of your Google purchases from a single place.
You can have multiple payments profiles if you:
- Change your home country or region: If you have moved, are travelling or have temporary residence in another country or region, you must create a new payments profile.
- Have a business payments profile: You may have an individual profile and a business profile tied to your Google Account.
Tip: To switch between your payments profiles, go to payments.google.com. At the top of the page, click the profile selector next to your name or profile picture.
