Google Pay Ombudsman

The Google Pay Ombudsman channel is exclusive for the treatment of cases in which the response offered by our service channels wasn't satisfactory, but without replacing the conventional service channels.

Complaints directed to the Ombudsman are analyzed and resolved by a specialized team, within a regulatory period of up to 10 business days.

Please note that you need your Service Protocol to file a complaint through this channel.
