Buy movie tickets with Google Pay (Singapore only)

Important: This article is for Google Pay in Singapore. This info may not apply for Google Pay users outside of Singapore.

Find showtimes, reserve seats, and store your tickets from participating cinemas with the Google Pay app.

Important: To use this feature, you must first add a debit or credit card to Google Pay.

Buy movie tickets

1. Open the Google Pay app .
2. Scroll to "Explore," and tap Movie tickets.
3. Tap the movie you want to watch.
4. Choose the date and showtime and select your seats.
5. Review your order and tap Pay.
6. Select the card you want to use and tap Proceed to pay.

Tip: For Golden Village theaters, you may have the option to join the GV movie club and get discounts on ticket purchases. Follow the instructions during checkout to see if you qualify.

Find & use your movie tickets

Once your payment is confirmed, you can find and use your tickets.

1. Open the Google Pay app .
2. Under “Businesses,” tap the icon of the movie theater you bought tickets from.
3. Find the tickets you purchased and tap View tickets.
4. Present the QR code at a self-service kiosk or box office.
