Submit product feedback & report an issue

Feedback helps us to understand your experience on Google Pay. To submit feedback or report an issue:

1. Open the Google Pay app .
2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or Account  Help & feedback Send feedback.
3. To submit your feedback, follow the instructions. To provide more info, check the "Send logs" box.

Important: If you submit a feedback report, you won’t get a reply. If you need help to fix the issue or hear back from someone, contact us.
