Can't verify phone number

If you have multiple payment profiles on your Google Account, make sure you use an individual payment profile, not a business payment profile.

  1. Go to payments.google.com.
  2. In the top right, select your name.
  3. Select a profile that isn't associated with a business.

If you still have trouble, learn how to fix problems with phone number verification.

Enterprise accounts not supported

Currently, the new Google Pay app doesn't support:

  • Google Enterprise accounts
  • Google Workspace (previously G Suite) accounts
  • Android work profiles

Please advise the user to onboard with a personal/non-Workspace account.

You have a rooted device

手機如有以下情況,Google Pay 應用程式即無法運作:

  • 已啟用 Root 權限
  • 執行自訂唯讀記憶體 (ROM)
  • 原廠軟體經過修改
  • 執行未經認證或自訂的 OS 版本

如要解決這個問題,可以移除裝置的 Root 權限,也可能需要將手機重設為原廠設定
