Can't verify phone number
If you have multiple payment profiles on your Google Account, make sure you use an individual payment profile, not a business payment profile.
- Go to payments.google.com.
- In the top right, select your name.
- Select a profile that isn't associated with a business.

Enterprise accounts not supported
Currently, the new Google Pay app doesn't support:
- Google Enterprise accounts
- Google Workspace (previously G Suite) accounts
- Android work profiles
Please advise the user to onboard with a personal/non-Workspace account.
You have a rooted device
手機如有以下情況，Google Pay 應用程式即無法運作：
- 已啟用 Root 權限
- 執行自訂唯讀記憶體 (ROM)
- 原廠軟體經過修改
- 執行未經認證或自訂的 OS 版本
如要解決這個問題，可以移除裝置的 Root 權限，也可能需要將手機重設為原廠設定。
