When you send or receive money with the Google Pay app, the time needed may vary based on the form of payment you use.

Money sent with the Google Pay app should be transferred almost instantly to the PayNow bank account that is linked to the Google Pay app.

If your transaction shows as pending

1. Make sure you and the person you send money to have a reliable internet or mobile connection.
2. If the transaction is still pending after a few hours, contact your bank for help.
