As a Google One member, you can talk to experts when you need help with a Google product. You can contact them via chat, a phone call or email.
Either in the app or on the website, in the 'Language selector', you can choose the right language for you.
Ask for help
Support history and waiting times are only visible in the latest version of the app. Download the most recent version of the Google One app.
- On your Android phone, open the Google One app
.
- At the bottom, tap Support.
- Choose how you want to get help.

You can check response times for each contact type. The times are listed under each one. If an option is not currently available, it will be greyed out.
To see hours of operation for each type of communication, tap Support hours.
Look up your old conversations with experts
After you've asked a Google expert for help, the conversation will be saved in your history. You can see conversations from the past 60 days. If you have a problem again, or can’t remember the instructions, mention your last conversation with the experts. This can help you solve the problem faster.
- On your Android phone, open the Google One app
- At the bottom, tap Support.
- Scroll down to 'Review your support conversations'.
- Tap a conversation to see the details.
Change your preferred support language

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app
- At the bottom, tap Support.
- Under 'Your conversation will be with a Google expert who speaks…' use the drop-down to select a language.
- Tip: To always use this language, tap Save support language preference.

For the quickest answers to your questions, look up help articles directly in the Google One app.
- On your Android phone, open the Google One app
- At the bottom, tap Support.
- Under 'Popular articles', select an option.
- To find all help articles, tap Browse more articles.
