Get support and ask a Google expert

Sorry, but only users with a Google One plan can contact Google Experts for help.

If you'd like to learn more about Google One, visit the Help Center or get a Google One membership.

As a Google One member, you can talk to experts when you need help with a Google product. You can contact them via chat, a phone call or email.

You can choose the right language for you in the language selector either in the app or on the website. 

Ask for help

  1. On your computer, open Google One.
  2. At the top right, click Get support.
  3. At the top, choose how you would like to ask for help.

How long help will take

You can check response times for each contact type. The times are listed under each one. If an option is not currently available, it will be greyed out.

Look up your old conversations with experts

After you've asked a Google expert for help, the conversation will be saved in your history. You can see conversations from the past 60 days. If you have a problem again, or can’t remember the instructions, mention your last conversation with the experts. This can help you solve the problem faster.

  1. On your computer, open Google One.
  2. At the top right, click Get support.
  3. Scroll to Review your support conversations.
  4. Click on a conversation to see the details.

Change your preferred support language

  1. On your computer, open Google One.
  2. At the top right, click Get support.
  3. Under 'Your conversation will be with a Google expert who speaks…', click the drop-down to select a language.
    Tip: To always use the selected  language, click Save support language preference.
