Get support and ask a Google Expert

Sorry, but only users with a Google One plan can contact Google Experts for help.

If you'd like to learn more about Google One, visit the Help Center or get a Google One membership.

As a Google One member, you can talk to experts when you need help with a Google product. You can contact them through chat, phone call, or email.

Either in the app or on the website, in the “Language Selector,” you can choose the right language for you. 

Ask for help

  1. On your computer, go to Google One.
  2. On the left, click Support.
  3. At the top, choose how you want to ask for help.

How long help will take

You can check response times for each contact type. The times are listed under each one. If an option is not available right now, it will be grayed out.

Look up your old conversations with experts

After you ask a Google expert for help, the conversation gets saved in your history. You can find conversations from the past 60 days. If you have a problem again, or can’t remember the instructions, mention your last conversation with the experts. When you mention your last conversation, it could help you solve the problem faster.

  1. On your computer, go to Google One.
  2. On the left, click Support.
  3. Scroll to Review your support conversations.
  4. Click on a conversation to find the details.

Change your preferred Support language

  1. On your computer, go to Google One.
  2. On the left, click Support.
  3. Under “Your conversation will be with a Google expert who speaks…”, click the drop-down to select a language.

    Tip: To always use the selected language, click Save support language preference.
