您可以透過應用程式內或網站上的「語言選取器」,選取適合您的語言。

尋求協助

Support history and wait times are only visible in the latest version of the app. Download the most recent version of the Google One app.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google One app Google One.
  2. On the bottom, tap Support.
  3. Choose how you want to get help.

協助等候時間

You can check response times for each contact type. The times are listed under each one. If an option isn't available right now, it'll be grayed out.

To check the hours of operation for each type of communication, tap Support hours.

查看您和專家過往的對話

在您向 Google 專家尋求協助後,對話將會儲存在您的記錄中。您可以找到過去 60 天的對話。如果您再遇上問題,或不記得指示,您可以向專家提及上次的對話。提及上次的對話有助更快解決問題。

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google One app Google One.
  2. At the bottom, tap Support.
  3. Swipe down to "Review your support conversations."
  4. To get the details, tap on a conversation.

變更您偏好的支援語言

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google One app Google One.
  2. At the bottom, tap Support.
  3. To select a language, under “Support Language,” tap the drop-down.

Tip: To always use this language, tap Save preference.
