Sharing data with news and magazine publishers

Some Google Play products and features aren't available in all countries. See what's available in your country.

Single issues

When you buy a single issue of a magazine, we won’t ask for your name, email address or postal address. We may anonymously share your postcode with the magazine’s publisher.

After you become a digital subscriber to a magazine or news source, a publisher will receive your name, address and email address. A publisher may also receive your reading history in the relevant publication. The publisher may use these in accordance with the publisher's privacy policy.

When you give your information, you can choose whether you want to receive information about more products or services from the publisher. You can also choose whether you want to receive information about more products and services from third parties.
