It is Clearly displayed on the Google Nest Hub Website web page  that it indeed works with the “Ring” branded products Yet here we are where this clearly isn’t true since I Purchased the Google Nest Hub to connect with my “Ring” Video Doorbell Pro which is highly deceptive  & Very Misleading indeed so what is it just to sell your hubs is it

When I went to add my Ring product I went through the Google partners list to find the “Ring” Brand completely missing.

Why isn’t “Ring” displayed in the Google Product Partners List when it shows on Nest Product page?

This is Extremely Misleading & Very Highly deceptive in Nature of Google so what’s the deal Google with these outright lies?

Not Happy Google!

Ring is Amazon.  Google does not support Amazon products.

Thanks @Tom for pointing out that the Ring device is an Amazon product. Nest has the Hello doorbell and the Ring isn't currently supported for use with the Google Home devices.

I think I’ve figured out how to access the most upto date list of the supported Apps!!

From your Google Home App... go into:
Settings - Google Store - Nest Hub - Apps & Partners

On security it only showed about 8, so underneath that I pressed ‘see more’.

Ring was there!!!

I pressed it, it opened and under the Ring logo it said ‘link’. I pressed it, and signed into my Ring Account... it now says ‘linked’!

Fingers crossed it actually works now next time someone comes onto my property!

Good luck everyone!

I still have not gotten a satisfactory response from the Nest support team.  Google does list and has instructions of adding "Ring" through the list of partners.  Yes, I do understand the rivalry between Amazon and Google, but Google needs to be forthright as to the interoperability.
