Hi Leandro,

Thanks for the information! For this case, do you mind going through these few steps below one more time? We just wanted to make sure that all sides are covered so that we can also check how to further assist you regarding this matter.

1. Unplug your Wifi point from the power and leave it disconnected for 5mins.
2. Connect the power back to the Wifi point, if the device still did not show any lights at all, then unplug the Wifi point from the power and try resetting it again. Here's how to do it properly.
  • Plug in the Wifi point, wait for a minute or two.
  • Unplug the power cable from the back of your Wifi point.
  • Press and hold the reset button on the back of the Wifi point.
  • While holding the button, plug the power cable back into the Wifi point and continue holding the reset button
  • The point should show a flashing white initially and then when it starts flashing blue that is when you can let go of the reset button.
  • After a minute or two the light status are expected to turn into either ‘solid blue or it may switch off’ and it would stay in that state for about 3 to 5 minutes ( could take up to 10 mins ), wait until the light eventually turn into a slow pulsing blue.
  • Once you see a stable slow pulsing blue light, then it indicates that the Wifi point is in ready to be setup status.
3. If issue persist and the device keeps showing no lights, just leave your Wifi point plugged in for 15 mins.
4. If its still showing no lights after 15mins, kindly refer back to steps 1 to 2 and try using a different power adapter from a working Wifi point.

Let me know how it goes.

All the best,
Nhest
