I recently set up a brand new Google Nest Wifi router with two points at my office. We have Comcast Busines with a Single static IP address. The Comcast device is in full pass-through/bridge mode (DHCP off/wifi off). 

The new Google Nest Wifi is handling the static IP (WAN), and then handling DHCP and WIFI (LAN) with no issue at all. I have a camera system that needs to be accessible externally, it currently has a DHCP reservation and two-port forward rules have been created for the camera device. 

At this point, the ports are not showing open no matter what I do. Even internally I am not able to ping the IP with the ports added.

HELP!
