Two nest cams, subscription fully paid up. Unable to save new clips .. never get to see "view clips" link and clicking "done" achieves nothing as visiting my saved files just shows an 'in progress' box for ages. Happens using computer and phone app. Used to be fine, not sure when the problem started as I haven't had to create a clip for a while now (thankfully)
 Running MacOS Catalina 10.15.1, Opera browser , Firefox, Chrome (all fully updated). Phone - OnePlus 6t running Android latest.
As it happens in phone app and web it seems it is obviously a google problem, as these are 'security' cameras I would presume google will deal with the issue promptly ..
Anyone had the same and can offer advice? I should add I've been using nestcam for a couple of years and am fully aware of how it should work.
NOTE - read some earlier issues that included users also losing access to old files .. I don't have that issue.

Hi, yesterday was able to make and store clips, today its not working, I've been onto Nest Help just now and no one seems to able to explain, understand or help.  There is other thread on this issue which is ongoing.  If Nest do not sort it out soon and at least accept they have an isseu I shall have to take my Nest Cams down and install something which works and has better support.

Yep works fine now, thank you for your efforts. 
I'm sure you will appreciate that having access to recorded files can be extremely important when using cams for security purposes,

I've had this problem for 3 months and it was finally fixed today.  I wonder if they can give me a credit on my subscription since it was not fully functional for 3 months?
