Just moved - set up nest outdoor cameras, indoor camera and doorbell - does Nest Aware transfer? 1 Recommended Answer 5 Replies 10 Upvotes

I just moved. I have two Nest outdoor cameras, one indoor camera and the Nest doorbell. I had Nest Aware on the indoor camera and two outdoor cameras at my previous address--does this transfer over? It doesn't look like it when I open the subscription tab in my account. If not, how do I ensure the subscription is cancelled from the previous address so I can subscribe again? Thank you.

Hi Jake,
Thanks for bringing this up. Your Nest aware is associated per camera, per structure and is non- transferable. Here are some options we can try:
  1. You can keep the same Home and just put your current address.
  2. Cancel the Nest aware subscription by going to store.google.com/subscriptions
Either options can work, you can just pick which one is more convenient for you.

When I visit the store.google.com/subscriptions website, it asks me if I would like to subscribe to Nest Aware for all cameras (see attached screenshot). Does this mean my previous Nest Aware subscriptions were cancelled and I should re-subscribe to the ones I would like? Thank you.
