Nest Cam status lights always on. Who do I contact to implore them to reverse the decision? 1 Recommended Answer 10 Replies 25 Upvotes
I bought a Nest Cam over 3 years ago to use as a baby monitor and it worked great! Easy to access on my phone, from anywhere, with excellent video quality. The recent forced update that keeps the green status light always on and BLINKING when I’m watching makes it impossible for me to use this product for the reason I bought it! I can’t find any contact info besides this community to express my concerns and request that they reconsider this forced update. Anyone else know how else I can reach out?
