I have reset the thermostat multiple times and attempted to restart it and issue still remains

Hi, my thermostat is also reading .5C higher that set by schedule setting.

Same issue, ambient temp reading 19-20 degrees when it’s 5 degrees ok the other side of the front door, you can literally feel how cold it is in the hallway where the stat is but still it reckons it’s 19-20, absolutely no chance

Had previously reset all features. Since that time I have not used any of the scheduling features. Manually set the day and night temps. 
All working well with  the fan running continuously. I will reintroduce the schedule today and see what happens,
Were  there any firmware updates recently  that might cause my issue and subsequently been solved?
