Hell all,
At the very first moment I got the one, Google Home Hub Asked me the zip number and I just pressed next on the page. From the moment, it keep just showing me "advertisement" about Google Home Hub. Please watch this video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-ctRXBxdts0cPtIH4IRfQv56ocPZC6CG
Yes, of course I tried to contact 'Google Nest Support Specialist' by chat from help, and the specialist said he needed to check some and he would give me an instruction by email, but I didn't get it yet. It's about 10 days ago. Does anyone can help me to reset the device and use it?
Anyone has any clue? How can I factory reset mine?

Hi Sihyun - Here is how to factory reset your home hub: "Press and hold both volume buttons located on the back of Nest Hub together for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting Hub."

I know the way you mentioned, but if you watch the video through the link I left, it looks different from the normal status. Even if I press and hold both volume buttons, it gives me no changes at all. Thanks anyway!

Try unplugging for 1 minute or reboot through the home app.

I've tried many time but still I can't reset the device nor can't connect to the app. From the first time, I couldn't connect the device to the app. It never gave me any chance. OMG...
