While setting up the device, I somehow set up the name of an owner's name to a guest's name. Now when I added the actual guest, it says I've already have that person with that name in my home.

How do I change or delete that info?

Same problem here for about 2 month already, it said the already have the name in te account but the name does not appear in the list! Please someone help

I am also trying to figure this out. I’ve been in and out of just about everything I can think of in terms of Nest and Google settings and have factory reset the lock and I cannot change incorrect guest name listed as my home member sign in. Thanks for asking the question. I’m hoping someone has an answer to this.
