Google home mini won’t turn on, reboot, or even factory reset. Device also doesn’t respond with a different power cord. A replacement device is requested. The broken device is only 2 months old. 1 Recommended Answer 46 Replies 60 Upvotes

I’m not able to contact the place of purchase as I received it from Spotify for having a family premium account.

I am having the same issue... it was working fine and acting like a software update gone bad.  I get two white lights, then 4 white lights, then the connecting scroll, then they shut off and never get the 4 color lights nor the startup sound.

I try to factory reset though I get one orange light that then turns to one green depending on how long i hold it.

Also got mine from Spotify. Will not turn on right out of the box.
