Why I can’t receive “Nest account reset password email” 0 Recommended Answers 215 Replies 119 Upvotes

I am haveing problem for reciveimg the nest account reset password email for almost one week. I had spok to 3 nest customer service and did all they ask me to do. but I still recive nothing. At the start I was try to add my friend in to my nest account. It was a easy step take about 1min. But I don’t know why this time nest ask me to migrate to google account. However after I migrate my google account nest ask me to link my old nest account to google. But I forgot my old nest account password. So I use the “forgot password service” on nest web page. It shows that I should receive an email for the instruction to reset my nest password. It’s been almost a week already. I try “forgot password” everyday for a week. Till now I still receive nothing. My nest account has 12 equipment + 1 year camera subscription. But I can’t log in anymore. Nest support can’t resolve this problem too. This’s such wast of my time and money for the nest home service.
