HI, My thermostat has been offline for approximately 10 days. I have other nest devises and these work correctly.

I have reset my router and also reset all settings with the thermostat itself but it still wont connect to wifi.

When I search for a network, the blue circle just spins and spins, nothing found.  I even entered all dials manually and still the same

Any ideas?

Same exact problem here for the last 2 days. Tried all troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked.

Hi Ryan

I have reset both my router and the nest settings multiple times and no luck.

It doesn't detect any other network.  I live in an area where is should detect multiple networks and nothing, not even my phone hot spot.

When I try to connect to wifi through the settings there is no options just the following "your thermostat has a problem and is unable to connect to wifi"   picture attached
