my nest won’t connect or display any WiFi networks

Hello, thanks for taking the time to post your issue.
 
Try each of the following before moving on to the next:
  • Are you using the Google Home app  
  • Are your Apple or Android devices on current Minimum system requirement?
  • If iOS, turn on Bluetooth:
    1. On the home screen, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Make sure the slider is On (toggled to the right and green).
    3. Close out of Settings and return to the Google Home app .
  • Reboot your router
  • If you have a dual-band router, make sure it is on the 2.4 GHz band for better coverage.
  • Make sure you power the Home device with the provided power supply into an open electrical outlet, not using a USB input on your TV or other device.
  • Try placing your Google Home device about 20 feet away from your router, or less.
  • Unplug your Router and Google Home device from electrical wall outlets for 5 minutes

You can also try these troubleshooting steps:
 
First we need to check the battery level of the Nest thermostat, once your battery level gets below 3.6V, your Nest thermostat will disconnect from Wi-Fi To check your battery level: press the thermostat ring to bring up the Quick View menu Nest and then image. Settings  Nest and then image.  Technical Info Nest and then image.  Power. Look for the number labeled Battery.  You can have the device charged, here's how:   Speed up charging with a USB cable
  1. Pull off the Nest display and use the USB port on the back to charge it with a USB cable and wall charger. Depending on the model you have it will be either mini or micro USB. Note: Do not use a computer USB port or other unpowered USB port for charging.
  2. The the display should eventually light up with a message asking you to connect it to the base.
  3. Reconnect the display to the thermostat base. Make sure you press firmly until you hear it click into place.
Once its battery reaches 3.8V, your thermostat will try to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
 
If you are still getting the same issue you can proceed with these troubleshooting steps:  
 
 Let me know if you need further help or if you are receiving any error message on the Nest thermostat.

Hi and thank you for your response
and recommendation, I followed your instructions on charging the unit, left it charging overnight, connected it again and followed all other steps to connect to my WiFi network and I still get the msg that it can not
Find my network... any other suggestions?
