Using the microphone on my Nest outdoor cameras, the volume output has decreased to virtually nothing unless you're standing right underneath the camera. I noticed quite a few people are having the same problem. All volume settings are on high and turned on. What happened and how can Nest fix this problem please?

Cameras are located outdoors at both the home and cottage. Microphone volume on the Talk and Listen works fine with my wife and her iPhone but my Android phone does not work... the seemed to happen after the last couple of phone software updates. I've noticed quite a few Android users are having the same issue.

Gotcha! Thanks for the added details.  Few questions --  What are the steps that you did to fix it? Have you checked your phone's setting to permit the use of the microphone on your phone? Also, have you tried to reboot the affected mobile phone and uninstall and reinstall the Nest app?
We'll try to work from there.

Yes sir I tried all of the above. It is happening with both my cameras at both locations still. However the speaker volume is perfectly fine when my wife uses her iPhone. I've checked all my settings on the Android phone and everything should work and is turned on with full volume.
