Nest Aware Emergency Calling Acceptable Use Policy

Our policies play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for our users. Please follow these policies when using the Nest Aware emergency calling feature. When we identify a potential policy violation, we may review and take action, including limiting or terminating a user’s access to Nest Aware.

  • Do not call emergency services from your Google Home app for an address other than the one registered in your Google Home app.

  • Do not make an excessive number of calls.
