If you purchased your Google Nest or Home speaker or display from the Google Store or Google-authorized retailer and are in need of a replacement, please contact us for assistance.

If you purchased your device from someone other than a Google-authorized retailer, your purchase is not covered by our warranty. Please review the Google Nest and Google Home device warranty policy.
Please have your speaker or display's serial number available when you call so we can assist you. Your serial number can be found on the bottom of your device or the box.
Before you replace your speaker or display, be sure to perform a factory reset on your device. A factory reset clears your data from your device.
