If there's a "No offers available" message while checking for offers, there are no available offers at this time.

Redeem offer during set up

During setup, on the “Add music services” screen, tap a music service to check any available offers. Note: Not all music services provide offers.

Redeem offer from the Google Home app

From Offers:

1. Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or Google Account as your speaker, display, Google streaming devices, or Pixel Tablet.

   • Check if your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.
   • Find out which Google Account is linked to your speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap Settings .
4. Tap Offers.
5. Select the offer you'd like to redeem. Follow the in-app steps to redeem or start a trial.

From Activity:

1. Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or Google Account as your speaker, display, Google streaming devices, or Pixel Tablet.

   • Find out which Google Account is linked to your speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap Activity .
4. Scroll down to "Discover" to find the offer card you'd like to redeem.
   Note: If there's no offer card, drag the screen all the way down to refresh, then scroll to find any available offers.
5. Follow the in-app steps to redeem or start a trial.
