Set and manage alarms on your Google Nest speaker or display

Use voice commands to set, cancel, ask about an alarm, and stop or snooze a ringing alarm.

On Nest displays, you can use the screen to set and manage alarms and adjust alarm settings.

• Google Home: Tap the top.
• Google Nest Mini: Tap the center.
• Google Home Mini: Press and hold either side.
• Google Home Max: Tap the line on the top or right side.
• Google Nest Audio: Tap the center.
• Google Nest displays: Tap Stop or Snooze on the screen.
• Google Nest Wifi point: Tap the center.

To set up the snooze alarm gesture:

1. In the Google Home app:
   • Turn on Quick Gestures.
   • Nest Hub Max only: Turn on camera sensing.
2. On your Nest display:
   • Turn on Gestures in your default alarm settings.
   • Nest Hub (2nd gen) only: Turn on Motion Sense.

To snooze a ringing alarm:

• Nest Hub Max: Hold your hand with the palm facing the camera.
• Nest Hub (2nd gen): Wave your hand close to the display.

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap Favorites or Devices ..
4. Select the speaker or display with the alarm.
5. Tap Settings Audio Alarms & Timers.
6. Tap Delete Delete for each alarm you want to remove.

To change the sound of your alarm:

1. Swipe up from the bottom of your display tap Alarms .
2. Tap Settings Alarm tone.
3. Choose the sound you want.
4. Tap Set.

To change the length of time your alarm sounds and snoozes:

1. Swipe up from the bottom of your display tap Alarms .
2. Tap Settings Silence after or Snooze length.
3. Choose the length of time you want.
4. Tap Done.

On Nest displays, you can schedule a morning routine to play after you dismiss your alarm. You can use this feature to play music, automate smart home devices, or adjust device settings after your alarm goes off.

1. Set up your "Good morning" Routine in the Google Home app.
2. Swipe up from the bottom of your display tap Alarms .
   • To use an existing alarm, tap its description on the screen.
   • To use a new alarm, tap Set an alarm choose a time tap Set.
3. Turn on Morning routine.
