November 2022
Nest Wifi Pro software release update: 1.63.324946
Starting November 14, 2022, Nest Wifi Pro devices will receive an automatic software update. This update is specific to Nest Wifi Pro and includes:
- Fixes for low speeds for users with PPPoE settings
- General stability and performance improvements
Known issues
The Home app's built-in internet speed test results might be lower than expected for internet connection speeds faster than 500 Mbps. This will be fixed in an upcoming software release. The speed test issue doesn't impact actual system performance. If you have an internet connection with speeds faster than 500 Mbps, use an alternate speed test app from your phone or computer.
Nest Wifi Pro software release update: 1.63.318999
At launch, Nest Wifi Pro devices will receive an automatic software update after setup is complete. This update is specific to Nest Wifi Pro and includes:
- Improved connectivity
- Thread Border Router support
- General security, stability, and performance improvements
