If you switch to a new utility company
It's not necessary to unenrol from Nest Renew if you switch energy providers. Nest Renew doesn't replace or affect the service you receive from your electricity provider.
Only your electricity provider (like a local electric utility company) can provide you with the electricity that powers your home. That's why you should also consider clean energy options from your electricity provider if they're available to you.
If you move and switch to a new utility company, you can update your address in the Nest Renew portal.
Transfer Nest Renew
Nest Renew isn't transferable to other people. If you want to transfer ownership to someone else, unenrol and the new owner can then sign up themselves.
