You may decide to hire an HVAC pro to check your system if you get a System Health Monitor alert from Google Nest. To get access to nearby HVAC services, you can use voice commands with your voice assistant or use Google Search.

If a Nest Pro previously installed your thermostat or serviced your system, and you're in an eligible US region, you can rehire them. To find their contact information:
Check your Nest app settings:
- Open the Nest app

Check your Google Home app settings:
- Open the Google Home app
.
- At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial.
- Tap Home settings

- Under 'Nest services and support', tap Support

Sign up to receive Pro booking emails from Nest
In some regions, if you want to get emails from us about Pro booking services that you're eligible for, you may need to check your app settings or sign up for Nest marketing emails.
You can sign up for Nest marketing emails when you set up your thermostat. If your thermostat is already set up, you need to reset your thermostat and set it up again.
If you have a Nest thermostat, you will also get a link to sign up for Nest marketing emails in your welcome email.
