Plug in your Google smart speaker or display

Important: The device doesn’t have batteries and must be plugged into a wall outlet at all times to work. Only use the power cable and adapter that came in the device’s box.

You can plug in your Google smart speaker or display by following these steps:

• For your Google Home Speaker:
  1. Plug the power cable into the power adapter.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
• For other smart speakers and displays:
  1. Plug the power cable into your speaker or display.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

Once the device is plugged in, set up your Google Nest or Home device.
