Sustituir un Nest Protect después de que caduque

Para cumplir los estándares de certificación, el Nest Protect de 2.ª gen. se debe sustituir a los 10 años de la fecha de fabricación. Cuando hayas determinado que tu dispositivo debe sustituirse, tendrás que seleccionar un dispositivo de sustitución, desinstalar tu Nest Protect y configurar el dispositivo nuevo.

You might be eligible for a refund if a replacement device that’s compatible with Nest Protect isn’t available in your region. Only one refund per household can be applied for eligible devices.

1. Turn Protect counterclockwise to disconnect it from its backplate.
2. Unplug the 120 V connector from the back of Protect.
3. Unscrew the backplate.
