Cancel your Google Health Premium subscription

If you decide to stop your Google Health Premium subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Important:

• Uninstalling the Google Health app will not cancel your subscription.
• Cancelling the free trial or subscription stops the auto-renew. You’ll keep the remaining trial or subscription until it expires.
• After Google Health Premium expires, the data in the Google Health Coach is still retained. You can manually delete the data. Refer to How do I erase my Fitbit device?

Cancel a subscription on an Android device

Important: Google doesn't give refunds for most Google Play purchases. Refer to Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions) refund policies.

1. Open the Google Health app .
2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
3. Tap Google Health Settings Google Health Premium.
4. At the bottom of the page, tap Cancel membership.
5. You’ll be redirected to the Google Play Store subscription management page to confirm your cancellation.

Cancel a subscription in the Google Store

1. Go to the Google Store.
2. Click Profile and log in with the Google Account connected to your Google Health Premium subscription.
3. At the top right, click your Profile picture Subscriptions.
4. Click your Google Health Premium subscription Payment Detail Cancel Subscription.

If you bought through Google Store

1. Go to Your subscriptions.
2. Select Google Health Premium.
3. Under the "Payment method," click Cancel subscription.
4. Open the pop-up window, click Confirm.

Cancel a subscription through other platforms

• PayPal: If you purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store using PayPal, but your subscription doesn't appear, cancel your subscription from your PayPal account.
• Other stores: If you purchased your Google Health Premium membership through a different store, sign in to the store or website where you originally subscribed.

Restore a subscription purchase

If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, you should restore your subscription purchase.

1. Open the Google Health app .
2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
3. Tap Get Google Health Premium.
4. At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.
