Manage your Google Health Premium subscription
What comes with a Google Health Premium subscription
Important: Google Health Coach and other Premium coaching features are only available in countries where Google Home Premium is available.
With Google Health Premium, you’ll have access to the Google Health Coach, a coach for all of your fitness, health, and wellness needs.
The Google Health Coach can:
- Help you create a personalized fitness plan, with clear targets and daily workout recommendations tailored to your needs and preferences.
- Send you personalized messages throughout the day.
- Start your day right with a morning message about how well you slept and how physically ready you are for the day ahead.
- After a workout, you’ll get a breakdown of your performance and tips for how to improve.
- In the evening you'll receive a recap of your day, including info about how your body responded to your activities and progress towards your fitness plan (if you have one). Learn about personalized insights from the Google Health Coach.
- Give you personalized tips to get your sleep on track and hit your sleep goals.

Google Health Premium offers access to workout videos led by expert trainers. It also features a comprehensive library of mindfulness, sleep, and stress management videos to support your overall well-being.

Important: Google Health Coach and our Premium coaching features are currently available only to users who have a Fitbit or Pixel Watch device and are over the age of 18. These features are available in the following countries:
You can access Google Health Premium if you’re at least 18 and live in:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Activate your Google Health Premium subscription
You can activate a Google Health Premium subscription from the Google Health app, on the Google Store, or with some Google One memberships (Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra).
To activate a subscription in the Google Health app, search for “Try Google Health Coach” throughout the app or:
- Open the Google Health app
.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
- Tap Get Google Health Premium.
- This option appears if you’re eligible.
- Follow the instructions and you’ll be able to activate your subscription through the Google Play Store or App Store.
If you purchased your Google Health Premium subscription through the Google Store, your subscription will automatically activate when you purchase it. If you purchased your subscription through the Google Store and don't have a Google Health account yet, create an account using the same Google Account you used for purchase. If you don't find an active subscription in the Google Health app after purchasing Google Health Premium through the Google Store, go to Fix subscription issues in the Google Health app.
If the Fitbit device or Pixel Watch you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Google Health Premium but you’re currently a Google Health Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll find an offer in the Google Health app to begin the trial. Google Health Premium will be included for no extra cost for subscribers on Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra. A Fitbit device or Pixel watch is required for access to Google Health Premium.

- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
- Tap Google Health Settings

- At the bottom of the page, tap Cancel membership.
- This will take you to your phone’s app store subscription management page.
If you purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store using PayPal, but your subscription doesn't appear, cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. For more information, go to the PayPal help site.
If you purchased a Google Health Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, restore your subscription purchase:
- Open the Google Health app
.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or Initial.
- Tap Get Google Health Premium.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.
Cancel subscription purchased in the Google Store
- Go to the Google Store.
- Click Profile
and log in with the Google Account connected to your Google Health Premium subscription.
- At the top right, click your Profile picture

If you purchased your Google Health Premium membership through a different store, sign in to the store or website where you originally subscribed.
Sign in with a Google Account
When you purchase Google Health Premium through the Google Store, you need to sign in to the Google account using the same Google Account you used to purchase your subscription.
- If you sign in to the Google Health app using a Fitbit login, move your Fitbit account to a Google Account.
- If you log in to the Google Health app using a different Google Account than the one you used to purchase Google Health Premium, contact support.
