You can delete various activities from your Google Currents account, such as:
- Posts you shared
- Comments you made
- Your likes on Currents
- Your events
- Poll votes
- Blocks and mutes
Note: If Currents is disabled for you, the only way you can delete a post is by clearing items in your Activity Log. You can also delete your Currents profile.
Delete a post
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Currents app
.
- Tap the post you want to delete.
- At the top right, tap More
.
- Tap Delete
OK.
Remove a comment
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Currents app
.
- Tap the post you left a comment on.
- Select the comment.
- Tap Delete comment
OK.
Undo a like
On a post:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Currents app
.
- Find the post you liked.
- Tap Like.
On a comment:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Currents app
.
- Tap the post you left a comment on.
- Tap the comment you liked.
- Tap Remove like.
Clear items in the Activity Log
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Currents app
.
- Tap Menu
Settings
.
- Under Account, tap the account with activity you want to see.
- Tap Activity Log
.
- At the top right, tap the Down arrow
.
- Choose the activity you want to see.
- Select the item you want to delete.
- Tap Remove
.
Notes:
- You can delete posts made in a private community when you're no longer a member.
- On a work or school account, you’ll see events in the Activity Log, but you won’t be able to create any.
