Support Issues: Google Cloud Support Center (GCSC)

Google Cloud has launched the new Google Customer Care Portal, which replaces Google Cloud Support Center for organizations using Google Workspace. All organizations using Google Workspace should now create and manage their support cases using the new portal. Please click here to learn more.

The form below is used ONLY for organizations who have purchased Google Cloud Platform with a Silver, Gold, or Platinum support package AND still need access to Google Cloud Support Center (GCSC). Click here to learn more about GCSC.

When submitting troubleshooting data to support, please ensure you remove any sensitive data such as account passwords, cardholder data, confidential business data, personal health information. Additionally, please avoid providing sensitive government information such as identification numbers or criminal justice information. We will use the troubleshooting data to help us address your support issues and to improve our services, subject to the Google Privacy Notice.

**Support Manager - has access to GCSC and has ability to manage (delete, edit, and add) users.

**Support Personnel  - has access to GCSC, but does not have ability to manage users.
