Nexus devices with Android Device Support are Nexus devices with additional benefits.

Android Browser Support only supports Nexus 5X devices.

• Call us at 1-877-355-5787 (U.S. only, toll free) or 1-646-257-4500 (international, charges may apply). Phone support is currently available in English only.
  Make sure you have your support PIN ready when you call.
• Reply to the welcome email you received when you purchased Nexus devices with Android Device Support.
• Submit and track support requests in the Google Cloud Support Center (GCSC). You can access GCSC at https://enterprise.google.com/supportcenter.
• For more information about how to get support for your Nexus devices with Android Device Support, sign in to the Support page in the Google Admin console.

Locate your support PIN

1. Sign in to the Support page in the Google Admin console.
2. Click Android Device Support > Get PIN.
