Take a panorama, wide-angle, or fisheye photo on your Pixel phone
You can take large scenic photos that automatically merge frames captured by your camera. To see your photo, tap the image in the corner of your screen.
Take a panorama
- Open your Google Camera app
. Learn how.
- Tap More
Panorama.
- Tap Capture photo
.
- Hold the target circle over a white dot. The dot will turn blue, then disappear.
- Move the camera horizontally, holding the lens steady and keeping the white frame aligned.
- When you're done capturing your image, tap Done
.
Note: To cancel a photo, tap Close .
Take a Photo Sphere
On Pixel 3a, 3, and 2, you can take a 360-degree photo.
- Open your Google Camera app

- Tap More
Photo Sphere.
- To take a 360-degree photo, tap Panorama Photo Sphere

- To take a horizontal photo, tap Horizontal
.
- To take a vertical photo, tap Vertical
.
- To take a photo with a wide arc, tap Wide-angle
.
- To take a fisheye photo, tap Fisheye
.
- To take a 360-degree photo, tap Panorama Photo Sphere
- Hold the target circle over a white dot. The dot will turn blue, then disappear.
- Move the camera to the next white dot, holding the lens steady.
- Repeat until there are no more white dots, or tap Done
