Fix payment issues

To remain a Google Workspace Individual subscriber, your account must not have any outstanding payment issues.
If you tried to buy a subscription and your payment didn't go through, try these steps.
  1. On your computer, go to manage your account.
  2. Go to "How you'll pay" and click Review payment issue or Change payment method
  3. Choose the card you want to update.
  4. Click Manage and then Change payment method.
  5. After you update it, click Submit.
Make sure your payment method is supported
Google Workspace Individual subscriptions only support credit card payments.
Contact your credit card provider
If your credit card information is correct but your payment won't go through, contact your credit card provider.
They may have more information on why your credit card can't be charged.
