Where the GDPR applies to your use of the Google Workspace Individual service, particularly, because you use the service for commercial purposes or in a professional capacity, Google will enter into the Data Processing Addendum for Products where Google is a Data Processor with you.
Please note that these will not apply where you use the services “in the course of a purely personal or household activity and thus with no connection to a professional or commercial activity. Personal or household activities could include correspondence and the holding of addresses, or social networking and online activity undertaken within the context of such activities.”
